Welcome to Caboolture Clay Target Club

Established in 1992, Caboolture Clay Target Club is the region's premier clay target shooting facility. Located just north of Brisbane, at 538 Uhlmann Rd in Burpengary, we are one of the few clubs in the SE Qld area to offer all three major clay target shooting disciplines of Skeet, Down the Line/Trap and Sporting Clays.

Staffed entirely by a team of dedicated, hard-working and enthusiastic volunteers, our club is open for practice on Saturdays from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM (apart from the Saturday before a Sporting Clays competition).

Members and non-members are welcome to attend.

Ladies and children (age 11+) are especially welcome and the club offers the use of low recoil shotguns and ammunition for those of a smaller build (by prior arrangement).

Informal coaching and instruction can also be arranged. We are fortunate in having several world-class shooters as members here who have competed internationally at the highest level and are also ACTA-accredited coaches.

We offer the use of club guns for the nominal sum of $5.

Firearms safety course are held regularly for those wishing to obtain their firearms licence.

Corporate days and buck's parties are catered for with enthusiasm.

The clubhouse offers light refreshments, a licensed bar and on competition days provides quality food and refreshments. EFTPOS is available for all purchases (including cashout) and for the payment of competition and memberships fees.

The club has several shaded areas to shelter from the Queensland sun and there is even a shaded playground for children.

We are an Australian Clay Target Association and Sporting Shooters Association of Australia registered club.

• All participants must wear enclosed footwear and we strongly recommend the wearing of eye and hearing protection (earplugs are provided free-of-charge).
• Ammunition is provided for group bookings but we do not sell ammunition for practise or competition so please bring sufficient with you.
