Annual AGM Advice No 2
Important members notice!!!
The club was to hold our Annual General Meeting Saturday 12th at 3.00 pm, although the weather was a little damp, inside the club house was remarkable dry? even so, we could not continue with the AGM as we could not form a quorum, out of an average 650 + members all that stayed for the meeting was 15 members very, very disappointing.
We like to think that this is NOT what out members really think whether it’s worth it or not, without an AGM we do not function.
Legally we have to call another meeting within a 30 day period, the Committee have decided to call the next best date being Saturday May 10th, the meeting will start at 10.30 am, “The range will not be open until the AGM is completed”
Remember! this is your club’s future—-Support it or lose it

Up-Date on Come & Try Day
Sunday 30th has been cancelled due to the layouts water logged, Labour day 5th May as a public holiday is being considered, please check facebook if you have an account or this website during the next few days to allow the Committee to approve the new date.
Club range up-date
The range will be closed again today Saturday 29th March, layouts are under water ATM, more up dates for tomorrow Sunday 30th later during the day.

Important Information for Members & Guests
It is with regret that the scheduled Skeet 2-Day carnival 13th & 14th July has had to be canceled due to circumstances beyond the clubs control, a date will be set for later in the year.
The Committee appologies for any inconvience this may cause.
Annual Sporting Clay’s 2-Day Competition
The club will be closed for general practice both days
Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd June 2025, 75 targets each day, cant make both days ? no problem you can shoot just one day of your choice. Camping available with limited power sites.
Nom’s: Both days $100.00 1 day $55.00 Concessions: Both days $90.00 1 day $50.00, hot food available both days with Breakfast both days. Presentations both days, must nominate & shoot both days for “Overall”
Special lucky door prize $250.00 must nominate for both days to enter
